30-day return policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Cards must be in original condition.
Damaged or missing items
If your deck arrives damaged or with missing cards, email us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Digital game
The digital game at /play is free. No purchase required, no refunds applicable.
How to start a return
Email hello@culturecards.store with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 48 hours.
